Annapurna base camp trekking is one of the main parts of Annapurna region which lies in the central heart of Annapurna Himalayan range. It is most common, easier and reachable trekking trail which does not need any climbing and hiking experience. This trekking commences from the popular city Pokhara. There are facilities of daily flight and tourist bus service from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Hence, we can go easily for this trek at any time on the basis of your choice. This trek starts from Hile and ends at the same place or Phedi.
Ghorepani poonhill is the best viewpoint of this trek which offers picturesque views of sunrise and sunset along with outstanding mountains views including Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167m), Nilgiri (7,061m), Bharha Shikhar (7,647m), Tukuche peak (6,920m), Annapurna I (8,091m), Annapurna South (7219m) Hiunchuli (6,434m), Fishtail (6,997m), Annapurna II (7,937m) Annapurna IV (7,525m), Lamjung Himal (6,983m) and  unbelievable sunrise This trekking is suitable for those who wish to see the charming settlements of Gurungs, Magars and their slate-roofed houses, incredible rhododendron forests, bamboo trees, unique landscapes, different sorts of flora and fauna, spectacular mountain scenery.This trek can be done at any time but the best season is from March to May and September to December for pleasant walking and good view. This trek is possible to operate for an individual or groups-families and friends. We can get sufficient lodges for food and accommodation on this trek.
