Diku Sherpa
(Chairperson)
The Chairperson of United Brothers Trek and Expedition, Diku Sherpa is a young, energetic and qualified Bachelor Degree holder in management faculty. She is inspired from the field of tourism from the bottom of her heart and has opened her own company along with her career as a teacher. Having strong determination in the field of tourism, she has tried her best to form this company in the collaboration of qualified and experienced members to bring some positive changes in the stream of tourism and to control the unhealthy competition by providing a genuine service for the clients. Her prime focus is to give proper information for the clients regarding the tour, trekking, peak climbing and expedition focusing on their safety. She has also been involved in the human right organization (Children and women in social service and human rights) with her strong contribution in social activities to give awareness on the topic of children and women rights in the society. So, 30% of profit earned from the trekking goes to the social work like volunteering service, disabled, orphanage, sustainable development, environment protection and water supply in the remote area of Nepal.
Phurwa Tenji Sherpa
(Managing Director)
Being inhabitant of Solukhumbu district the eastern part of Nepal, Phurwa Tenji Sherpa completed his secondary education from his birth place and headed to Kathmandu for higher education. He started to work in the field of tourism as a guide and climber throughout Nepal since 2001. Having gained the guide certificate from Nepal government office he also achieved the climbing training certificate from Nepal Mountaineering Association of Nepal. Being a member of Nepal Mountaineering Association, he has travelled all over Nepal as a trekking guide and has led groups around Nepal, India, Bhutan and Tibet several times. After completing his mountaineering training he started to work as a climbing guide at different trekking agencies and Adventure Consultant. He is a qualified and professional climbing guide who has climbed Mt. Everest 5 times along with several peaks of Nepal during his working period. Also, he has an extensive knowledge about Buddhism being a keenly devoted monk himself. So if you are interested in Buddhism, you will surely have a good time talking with him about it.
Karma Lhakpa Sherpa
(Director)
Born in a very remote area of Solukhumbu district on the lap of Mt. Everest, Karma Lhakpa Sherpa finished his school education and completed Master degree in English from Tribhuan University Kathmandu. During his leisure period, he took guide training from the office of Nepal Government and started to work as a trekking guide in the tourism field. Within 15 years of his working experience, he travelled all around Nepal leading trekking and expedition groups and was inspired from this field and gave continuity to it. As an experienced and qualified person he completed his Master Degree in English and taught in few colleges and schools. Bound by his passion in tourism field, he returned back and started working in a trekking company in the post of general manager and operation field in Kathmandu. He had worked with Mountain Madness Benegas Brothers Expedition, RMI and Hector for few years. Having climbed some of the small peaks of Nepal mainly, Island Peak, Mera Peak and Dhampus Peak he has extensive Knowledge in the field of trekking along with climbing.
Dorji Sherpa
(Director)
Dorji Sherpa was born in a very remote area of Solukhumbu district who came to Kathmandu for higher education after having completed his school level education. Currently, he is studying in M.A. 2nd year in Tribhuvan University Kathmandu. He has attended guide training and travelled around Nepal leading trekking groups for 7 years. During his working period he worked for few years in a travel agency to operate tour and trekking. He can speak English, Hindi, Little Japanese, Korean and Chinese. He is an experienced and qualified person.
Patrick Lahrkamp
(Europe Marketing Manager)
Patrick Lahrkamp is from Germany. He has great passion for Mountaineering .He has travelled most of the popular trekking areas of Nepal during his visit. Being a mountaineer, he has climbed Mt. Amadablam (6812m), Island Peak (6189m) and Mera Peak (6476m) as well as some peaks in the Europe. He loves being close with nature and lead people around the Himalayas. He is working as a European marketing manager in this company. Having great enthusiasm in tourism and mountaineering he has decided to summit most of 8000m mountains in future along with his profession as a marketing manager in the Europe. He has also good knowledge of Nepalese culture and religion. He loves to talk with people about the adventures. He has keen interest in Buddhism and has good practice. He can share his ideas about travel and mountaineering very clearly so that you can feel that you fell in good hands.
Pemba Dolma Hyolmo
(Accountant)
Pemba Dolma Hyolmo was born in Helembu. She completed her higher secondary school from Namgyal School Kathmandu. She is doing her Master degree in Management recently. She is a qualified girl who has been working in the field of tourism and NGO for 6 years as an accountant. She handles all the account section of United Brothers Trek and Expedition pvt.ltd.

Namgyal Sherpa
(Climbing Guide)
Namgyal Sherpa was born in Solukhumbu district the eastern part of Nepal. He is a government authorized license holder guide. He has gained climbing training certificate from Nepal Mountaineering Association of Nepal. Being a member of Nepal Mountaineering Association of Nepal he has been working in the tourism field more than 20 years. During his working period he participated the mountaineering training and has climbed 8 time Mt. Everest along with several peaks of Nepal. Likewise he has scaled Mt. Manaslu 4 times, Mt. Annapurna 1st 2 times, Mt. Kanchen junga 2 times and Mt. Cho-Oyo 3 times. He has travelled throughout Nepal leading different groups. He is a qualified and experienced mountaineering guide who has extensive Knowledge about how to lead and treat the clients during their trip.
Pem Dorji Sherpa
(Climbing Guide and senior cook)
Pem Dorji Sherpa was born in Solukhumbu district. He has been working in the field of trekking since 1998. During his working period, he has climbed numerous small peaks of Nepal. Likewise, he has taken the training of cook, guide along with mountaineering. Being an experienced, trekking guide, he has been travelled most of the trekking area of Nepal leading groups. He can speak English, Hindi, Tibetan and Nepali language.
