Kathmandu Valley Tour

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)

Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport is the only one international airport of Nepal from where you will be welcomed with a great hospitality by the representative of United Brothers Trek and Expedition and transferred to the hotel. After having checked in the hotel, we will give you a short briefing about the trip. You can rest the leisure time exploring around and stay a night at the hotel with breakfast.

Day 02: Full day Sightseeing in Kathmandu

You can get up in the morning and have breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we will come to pick you up at the hotel and take for full day sightseeing around Kathmandu valley (the world heritage site). At first, we will drive you to Swayambunath Temple. Swayambunath means self-originated Buddhist Temple which is known as Monkey Temple as well. It is located on the top of the hill from where you can see the superb view of the whole Kathmandu Valley. After having visited this holy temple, we will drive you to Boudha Stupa. It is a holy place for Buddhist and pilgrims which was slightly damaged during due the tremor of 2015 but later rebuilt. It is one of the largest spherical stupas in the world. From here, we will take you to Pashupatinath Temple that is pretty close from Boudhanth. Pashupatinath Temple, located at the bank of the Bagmati River is one of the biggest and most popular Shrines where you can behold for Hindus. Pashupatinath Temple which is the biggest Hindu Temple. You can see the ritual and cremation activities according to the Hindus Culture. At the end of the day, we will return back to the hotel. By the evening, we will take you to a Nepali restaurant for welcome dinner with typical Nepali cultural dance. At last, we will drop you to the hotel and spend a night with breakfast.

Day 03: Full day sightseeing Patan and Bhaktapur

After having breakfast we will drive you to Patan and Bhaktapur for full day Sightseeing.Patan City is listed in UNESCO world heritage monuments site. It is known as the city of fine arts. This city is full of Buddhist monuments and Hindu temples with fine bronze gateways, guardian deities and wonderful carvings. Krishna Mandir, one of the grandeur of the square, was built in 1637 by the king Siddhinarsingh Malla. The Patan Durbar square is a concentrated mass of temples, undoubtedly the most visually stunning display of Newari architecture to be seen in Nepal. Krishna, Bhimsen, Taleju bell, Bhai Dega and others many temples give you more experience about Nepalese people faith and respect on religion. All the temples are decorated by numerous arts and architecture. Golden Temple is the unique Buddhist Monastery which was founded in the12th century where you can see large rectangular building having three roofs and a copper gilded façade with the images of Buddha and Avalokitesvara. Patan, one of the oldest cities of the Kathmandu valley ruled by the Mallas in ancient time is still populated mostly by Newars, two-thirds of them being Buddhist. After that we will drive you to the old Bhakatpir Durbar Square. It is one of the oldest cites of Kathmandu valley where you can see the old Bhakatpur Durbar Square along with numerous temples, typical Newari houses and culture. At the end of the day we will return back to Kathmandu and stay overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Final departure

According to the rules and regulation of international flight, client must arrive at the airport 3 hours before of the scheduled flight. Hence, we will drop you to the airport 3 hours before for your final departure and say good bye until next visit.
