Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
Kathmandu Tribhuvan International Airport is the only one international airport of Nepal from where you will be welcomed with a great hospitality by the representative of United Brothers Trek and Expedition and transferred to the hotel. After having checked in the hotel, we will give you a short briefing about the trip and collect the essential documents (Passport and Photos) from you to issue the trekking permits. You can rest the leisure time exploring around and stay a night at the hotel with breakfast.
Day 02: Full day Sightseeing in Kathmandu
You can get up in the morning and have breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast we will come to pick you up at the hotel and take for full day sightseeing around Kathmandu valley (the world heritage site). At first, we will drive you to Swayambunath Temple. Swayambunath means self-originated Buddhist Temple which is known as Monkey Temple as well. It is located on the top of the hill from where you can see the superb view of the whole Kathmandu Valley. After having visited this holy temple, we will drive you to Boudha Stupa. It is a holy place for Buddhist and pilgrims which was slightly damaged during due the tremor of 2015 but later rebuilt. It is one of the largest spherical stupas in the world. From here, we will take you to Pashupatinath Temple that is pretty close from Boudhanth. Pashupatinath Temple, located at the bank of the Bagmati River is one of the biggest and most popular Shrines where you can behold for Hindus. Pashupatinath Temple which is the biggest Hindu Temple. You can see the ritual and cremation activities according to the Hindus Culture. At the end of the day, we will return back to the hotel. By the evening, we will take you to a Nepali restaurant for welcome dinner with typical Nepali cultural dance. At last, we will drop you to the hotel and spend a night with breakfast.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Changunarayan drop and trek to Nagarkot (1,932) 4/5 hours
On the next day, we will drive you to Changunarayan Temple in order to trek to Nagarkot. On the way, you can visit the very old city of Kathmandu valley called Bhaktapur. It is one of the popular heritage sites of Nepal where you can visit old Bhaktapur Durbar Square along with ancient Temples. After having visited the world heritage site, we will drop you to Changunarayan Temple. It is one of the oldest temples of Kathmandu valley listed in the world heritage sites. From here, we have to walk on foot directly to Tilkot where we stop for lunch and then carry on our journey to Nagarkot which takes around 5 hours on foot from Changunarayan Temple and spend a night over there.
Day 04: Nagarkot to Dhulikhel 6/7 hours
After having spent a wonderful night at Nagarkot, we will have breakfast and move slowly to Dhulikhel with the wonderful scenery of Langtang range and countryside. The way passes through the army camp and departs from the left side of the Ngarkot view Tower. It goes through jungle and then descend down and gets Nala village and from where it climbs up again 1hours and then descends down to Dhulikhel. Dhulikhel is one of the beautiful towns situated near the Kathmandu valley where we can get plenty of lodges for staying. We will spend a night there. It takes around 7 hours to get to Dhulikhel from Nagarkot.
Day 05: Dhulikhel to Kathmandu
Dhulikhel is the best place for sunrise and sunset along with superb mountains view. From here, will return back to Kathmandu by a private car after breakfast and spend the last night in Kathmandu. On this day if you have time you can do some shopping for your final departure.
Day 06: Final departure
Today, we will come to the hotel to pick you up and drop to the airport 3 hours before of your flight time for you next destination.
