Everest Region- Khumbu, one of the popular trekking trails in Nepal is located on the lap of the world’s highest peak (Mt. Everest 8848m). There are different trails to trek in this region from short to long and easy to difficult. The longest trails are Jiri Everest trek and Arun Valley trek.

You have four or five options to start the trek for Everest region. Firstly, you can fly directly Kathmandu to Lukla.Secondly, you can fly to Tumlingtar and then start the Arun Valley Trek.Thirdly, you can go by bus or private transportation from Kathmandu to Jiri or Salleri and the last one is do the Rolwaling trek and then cross Tashi Lapcha Pass.
